Beaux Daddy’s is more than a restaurant it is a continuation of a culinary legacy deeply rooted in Thunder Bay’s history. Located on Highway 61 on the city’s southern outskirts, this iconic property was once home to Uncle Frank’s Supper Club, a beloved dining destination that served generations of Thunder Bay residents from the 1940s until its doors closed in 2005.
The space later evolved into Beaux Daddy’s – Canajun Grillhouse, operating from 2012 to 2020. Today, under the ownership of RD Cap Inc., the legendary venue has been thoughtfully transformed into a 200-seat bar and restaurant, preserving its historic grandeur while introducing a bold new identity. With interests spanning hospitality, gas stations, and real estate, RD Cap Inc. has carefully restored the property to once again become a vibrant social and dining destination in Thunder Bay.
